ReplyDeleteI had to look up where the name Mercedes Benz came from. Apparently Karl Benz and Emil Jellinek worked together on automobiles, and Emil had a daughter named Merecedes, so they put the two names together. It's really cool that Karl Benz still has automobiles named after him 135 years after he invented one.
