gymnastics

Here is a post I started last year.

In room 9 for topic we have been learning balances in the gym.
The first balance I am going to tell you is the plank.the plank is a push up upside down. The next one i'm going to tell you is a head stand. A head stand is like a handstand but your head is on the ground. And lots more balances.
